Chicken, garlic, onions, broccoli, mushrooms, cabbage, soy and water - yum!
Roast the garlic,
add the onion and roast that as well
Add soy before roasting the chicken.
Turn the chicken a few times until it's almost done then add chopped mushrooms and broccoli and just enough water to partly cover the chicken.
Let it simmer for between 20 and 30 minutes - yum!
